For certified scuba divers visiting Bahía Solano, this is the ultimate way to explore the wild Pacific coast of Colombia. Our daily boat trips are led by expert local guides who prioritize safety, small group sizes, and incredible marine encounters.
Make the Ocean Your Story
From 2 to 3 dives to Combo Dives—crafted for certified scuba divers.

What Are Scuba Fun Dives?
Our Scuba Fun Dives are daily, guided boat excursions designed specifically for certified divers who want to experience the best of the Chocó region. We explore a dynamic variety of dive sites—from vibrant rocky reefs teeming with schooling fish to the fascinating Sebastián de Belalcázar shipwreck—all chosen daily based on ocean conditions. We group divers by experience level to ensure you have the freedom to explore comfortably while staying perfectly safe.

What you’ll do (step‑by‑step)
- Meet & Welcome (08:00 AM): Arrive at the Ankla Azul dive center. We will verify your certification, dial in the fit of your full rental gear, and provide a comprehensive site and safety briefing.
- The Boat Ride: Enjoy a stunning, scenic ride along the lush jungle coastline to our first dive site. Keep an eye on the horizon for resident dolphins or seasonal whales!
- Guided Dives 1 & 2: Explore two distinct dive sites led by your SSI professional. Between dives, you will relax on the boat with fresh fruit, snacks, and hydration during your surface interval.
- Optional Dive 3 (Afternoon): If you booked the 3-tank trip, the adventure continues with a third distinct dive site after a short break.
- Combo Option (Night Dive): If you booked the Day & Night Combo, you will rest in the afternoon and return to the dive center at 6:00 PM to watch the Pacific reef completely transform under the beam of a dive light.
- Log & Plan: Head back to the dive shop to log your bottom time, identify the unique Pacific marine life you spotted, and share photos with your group.

Who it’s for (requirements)
- Certification Prerequisites: Must hold at least an Open Water Diver certification from a recognized agency (SSI, PADI, NAUI, CMAS, etc.).
- Age: Minimum 10 years old.
- Recent Experience: If it has
been more than 6–12 months since your last dive, we highly recommend booking a quick Scuba Skills Update (refresher) so you can dive the Pacific with absolute confidence. - Medical Clearance: You must be in good physical health and complete a standard medical questionnaire prior to diving.
Diving the Colombian Pacific is thrilling, but it requires local expertise. We handle the underwater navigation, monitor the currents, and manage the logistics so you can relax, drift at your own pace, and focus entirely on the magic around you.
