Ankla Azul Diving Center – Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Ankla Azul, your safety and experience are our top priorities. We understand that plans may change, and this policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Deposits

• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

• This deposit covers administrative costs and preparation, and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including medical or travel issues.

2. Customer Cancellations

• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund will be provided.

• Cancellations after deposit payment but before the activity: The 30% deposit is non-refundable. If full payment was made, 70% will be refunded, provided no equipment has been used and no boat trip has started.

3. Weather & Safety Cancellations

• Only the Ankla Azul team may determine whether conditions are safe for diving.

• If the dive is canceled by us before equipment or boats are used, you will receive a 100% refund.

• If the dive is canceled by us after equipment or boats have been used, a 70% refund will be provided.

• These terms apply to cancellations due to bad weather, safety concerns, or lack of participants.

4. Rescheduling

• Free rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling due to weather or safety conditions will be accommodated at no additional charge.

5. Medical, Health & Seasickness

• All divers must provide proof of medical fitness to dive, if applicable.

• If a diver fails to disclose pre-existing conditions or is deemed medically unfit to dive, the 30% deposit remains non-refundable.

• Seasickness is not grounds for a refund or partial refund. Guests are responsible for taking necessary precautions if they are prone to motion sickness.

6. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for booking.

• Please allow processing time depending on your bank or payment provider.
