Centro de Buceo Ankla Azul – Términos y Condiciones

Bienvenido a Ankla Azul. Al reservar y participar en nuestras actividades de buceo, aceptas los siguientes Términos y Condiciones. Por favor, léelos cuidadosamente antes de confirmar tu reserva.

1. Acuerdo General

• Estos Términos y Condiciones aplican a todas las reservas realizadas directamente con el Centro de Buceo Ankla Azul, ya sea a través de nuestro sitio web, correo electrónico, WhatsApp o en persona.

• Al confirmar una reserva, aceptas estos términos para ti y para cualquier participante que registres.

2. Elegibilidad y Salud

• Todos los participantes deben cumplir con los requisitos mínimos de salud y condición física para el buceo..

• Los buzos certificados deben presentar prueba de certificación.

• Los participantes no certificados deben completar los programas de formación requeridos.

• Los buzos son responsables de revelar con precisión todas las condiciones médicas. No hacerlo puede resultar en la negación de participación sin reembolso.

3. Safety & Conduct

• Safety is our top priority. All divers must follow the instructions of our professional dive guides and instructors.

• Ankla Azul reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants from activities if their behavior endangers themselves, others, or the environment.

• Alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment are strictly prohibited before or during diving activities.

4. Environmental Responsibility

• Divers must respect marine life and local regulations at all times.

• Touching, collecting, or disturbing marine animals and corals is not permitted.

5. Payments & Fees

• Un depósito del 30% no reembolsable is required to confirm any booking.

• Full payment must be completed before the scheduled activity.

• Additional fees may apply for equipment damage, lost gear, or services not included in the original booking.

6. Liability Waiver

• All participants are required to sign a Responsibility Release & Liability Waiver before diving.

• Diving activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold Ankla Azul liable for incidents arising from non-compliance with safety rules or undisclosed medical conditions.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by Colombian law.

• Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Colombian courts.
