By booking and participating in our diving activities, you agree to the following Terms &amp; Conditions. General Agreement<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"831\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"576\" data-end=\"731\">\n<p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"731\">These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Ankla Azul Diving Center, whether through our website, email, WhatsApp, or in person.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"732\" data-end=\"831\">\n<p data-start=\"734\" data-end=\"831\">By confirming a booking, you accept these terms for yourself and any participants you register.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"833\" data-end=\"836\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"871\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"842\" data-end=\"869\">2. Eligibility &amp; Health<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"1250\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"872\" data-end=\"968\">\n<p data-start=\"874\" data-end=\"968\">All participants must meet the <strong data-start=\"905\" data-end=\"965\">minimum health and fitness requirements for scuba diving<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"1026\">\n<p data-start=\"971\" data-end=\"1026\">Certified divers must present proof of certification.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1027\" data-end=\"1102\">\n<p data-start=\"1029\" data-end=\"1102\">Non-certified participants must complete training programs as required.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1103\" data-end=\"1250\">\n<p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1250\">Divers are responsible for accurately disclosing all medical conditions. Failure to do so may result in denial of participation without refund.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1252\" data-end=\"1255\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1257\" data-end=\"1286\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"1261\" data-end=\"1284\">3. Safety &amp; Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1685\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"1287\" data-end=\"1407\">\n<p data-start=\"1289\" data-end=\"1407\">Safety is our top priority. All divers must follow the instructions of our professional dive guides and instructors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1566\">\n<p data-start=\"1410\" data-end=\"1566\">Ankla Azul reserves the right to refuse service or remove participants from activities if their behavior endangers themselves, others, or the environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1685\">\n<p data-start=\"1569\" data-end=\"1685\">Alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs judgment are strictly prohibited before or during diving activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1687\" data-end=\"1690\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1692\" data-end=\"1733\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"1696\" data-end=\"1731\">4. Environmental Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1889\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1805\">\n<p data-start=\"1736\" data-end=\"1805\">Divers must respect marine life and local regulations at all times.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1806\" data-end=\"1889\">\n<p data-start=\"1808\" data-end=\"1889\">Touching, collecting, or disturbing marine animals and corals is not permitted.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"1891\" data-end=\"1894\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1924\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"1900\" data-end=\"1922\">5. Payments &amp; Fees<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"2176\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"1925\" data-end=\"1997\">\n<p data-start=\"1927\" data-end=\"1997\">A <strong data-start=\"1929\" data-end=\"1959\">30% non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required to confirm any booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1998\" data-end=\"2063\">\n<p data-start=\"2000\" data-end=\"2063\">Full payment must be completed before the scheduled activity.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2064\" data-end=\"2176\">\n<p data-start=\"2066\" data-end=\"2176\">Additional fees may apply for equipment damage, lost gear, or services not included in the original booking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2181\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2183\" data-end=\"2212\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"2187\" data-end=\"2210\">6. Liability Waiver<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2542\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li data-start=\"2213\" data-end=\"2317\">\n<p data-start=\"2215\" data-end=\"2317\">All participants are required to sign a <strong data-start=\"2255\" data-end=\"2300\">Responsibility Release &amp; Liability Waiver<\/strong> before diving.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2318\" data-end=\"2542\">\n<p data-start=\"2320\" data-end=\"2542\">Diving activities carry inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold Ankla Azul liable for incidents arising from non-compliance with safety rules or undisclosed medical conditions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-start=\"2544\" data-end=\"2547\" \/>\n<h3 data-start=\"2549\" data-end=\"2585\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2583\">7.
