In the SSI system, the Divemaster rating is achieved by completing two core components: Dive Guide<\/b> and Science of Diving<\/b>.<\/p>\n

During the Dive Guide portion, you will learn the practical skills of dive briefings, underwater navigation, group control, and problem-solving. In the Science of Diving portion, you will dive deep into dive physics, physiology, decompression theory, and marine environments. Together, they create a well-rounded dive professional.
